Emerging leaders are high-achievers in their current role. They consistently produce quality work, are driven to accomplish great things, and know how to attain results by their own accord through others.Overview of Emerging Leaders
Employers are encouraged to identify their emerging leaders to participate in a conversation around the future of manufacturing and careers in manufacturing. This can be an employee from any level of the organization (i.e. production staff, office staff, management). AMFA, CMMA and TSMA members - take this opportunity to empower your up and coming leaders by involving them in important conversations. This session is open to members ONLY (emerging leaders currently employed by a member manufacturer). Answers and ideas that emerge from the meeting will be provided to the primary contact from companies that register their emerging leader(s).
