We are once again planning to lead the state during Manufacturing Week with CMMA Tour of Manufacturing events in October 2025. Join us in our goals to:
- Educate potential employees about careers in manufacturing
- Facilitate tours at local manufacturing facilities
- Assist manufacturers in the process
The focus of this webinar is hosting a successful tour and using the marketing resources.
- Develop step by step procedures for your community and/or manufacturer on how to prepare and hold a successful tour

Receive school bus grant information for you to attend manufacturing tours in October and throughout the year, as well as other student information

Learn about marketing opportunities that are available to your organization
If you are interested in learning about making your tour a success and hearing about marketing materials, join our Central Minnesota Manufacturing Week Webinar on July 22 at 11:00 am.
You do not need to be a member of CMMA to take part in Manufacturing Week or the Tour of Manufacturing.

Presenter: Della Ludwig, Workforce Strategy Consultant with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development
Della Ludwig has been a Workforce Strategy Consultant with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) since the inception of the team and has over 20 years of extensive human resources, benefits, and recruiting experience, with an industry focus in manufacturing. In her current role, she focuses on addressing barriers to employment, developing career pathways, and growing sector partnerships in her 22-county region and throughout Minnesota. Their team’s goals include connecting key stakeholders to workforce resources and supporting businesses in the development of strategic workforce solutions to drive economic equity and growth that are relevant in today's dynamic and ever-changing environment. Della is currently on the board of the Central Minnesota Manufacturers Association and leads the regional and state Tour of Manufacturing, which is held in October. She also assists with the Governor’s Workforce Development Board’s Drive for 5, focusing on the Manufacturing and Technology Sectors.
