Where do you work, what do you do? OECS – OSHA/Environmental Compliance Systems. I provide safety services for clients throughout North Dakota and Western Minnesota, as well as develop strong partnerships with safety associations across the Midwest.

Family? Jason, husband, and children: Hillary, Matthew, Ethan and Noah
 
Hobbies, sports or favorite games? I love to scrapbook, watch NDSU Bison and Denver Broncos football teams, travel, watch all of my children’s sporting events, and cook.
 
Comment on your involvement with TSMA. TSMA is a passionate group, and I have really enjoyed being part of their commitment to manufacturing. Being a new addition to the Board of Directors during the pandemic, we were immediately faced with many challenges. It was great to see the positives that came from having to think of new approaches to try and pull the association through and not lose focus. I enjoy being part of the Program Committee and meeting such amazing people who are so committed to the success of manufacturing. 
 
What would TSMA members be surprised to learn about you?  My husband and I lived in England for three years, as he served at RAF Lakenheath.
