Greetings to TSMA members, associates, and friends!
 
First, I’d like to announce the hiring of our new Executive Director Rachel Lolmasteymaugh! Rachel comes to us with a sales and events background and lives in Sartell, MN. We know great things are in store for TSMA under Rachel’s leadership. At the same time, it is with great admiration and appreciation we recognize Sandy Kashmark, who has been our Executive Director nearly since day one of TSMA’s inception. Sandy’s last day in the Executive Director position is February 25. Check out the photos from Sandy’s Appreciation night and our holiday social in the newsletter.
 
Second, I’d like to invite you to register and attend our annual meeting and membership drive on January 11 at 12 pm in Alexandria. PLEASE bring a guest who may attend for free. Our Manufacturing Career Dream Team will be making a presentation and we will tour ITW Heartland.
 
MMA’s Marketing for Manufacturers series will continue January 19. Register to attend the January 19 webinar on Digital Trends and How Manufacturers Can Leverage them. The series will continue on February 16 and March 16.

MMA is also hosting a Manufacturing Money Webinar on January 25 at 11 am. If you are curious about how manufacturers can get grants this is the event you should attend. Register now.

Register to attend the February 1^st TSMA meeting in Fergus Falls. The presentation, lead by a panel of workforce experts, will be on Implementing a Diversity, Equity and Including (DEI) Strategy in a Manufacturing Environment. The meeting will be preceded by a tour of PAYDAC Plastics.
