The TSMA Collaborator of the Year award acknowledges the contributions of an “associate member” – a non-manufacturing company or organization that has made a significant impact on the success of Tri-State Manufacturers Association. Members are encouraged to make nominations each year, with the board of directors serving as the final selection committee.   
 
OECS – OSHA + Environmental Compliance Systems (OECS) of West Fargo, ND, has been named TSMA 2021 Collaborator of the Year. OECS joined TSMA in 2009 and has been engaged as an active member ever since, including regular meeting attendance and participation in annual fundraising events.

Melissa Olheiser, Business Development Lead at OECS, is involved as a TSMA board member and has provided leadership as co-chair of the TSMA Program Committee for the past two years. Olheiser encourages companies to consider membership in TSMA by sharing her enthusiasm about the association’s impact in the region.
 
In recognition of this award, a $100 donation has been made in OECS’s name to Tee It Up for the Troops.
